C++ RocketDock Style Based Tool Bar for Browser

We need a custom Tool bar similar in look to: Rocket Dock, PkLauncher, Object Dock, etc..that will integrate with our browser. See old tool bar attached. Old tool bar does not look as sharp. We want cool icons and roll overs like above tool bars with "Mac" Style Rollovers We need to cerate or if you can use our current basic icons (20-25) or create new ones that also has a rollover version that expands when mouse is over it. We also need only right and left arrow- new arrows. And we only need in terms of functionality:to pass Parameter when user click icon, icon opens a web page and can pass parameters in URL to the page. Icons will pass parameters for URL and can receive parameters. Should be simple fun project to someone who knows how to do it. In order to do the job- selected coder must show sample with one icon or two icons and shows us he can do the job and how it would fit instead of our current tool bar.
