Application to check file signature, untar and run a python script if the signature is valid

I need a simple application that checks a folder for the existence of two files: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . If the files are present, the application will check that the signature of the file matches the public key which is located in a known path. If the signature is incorrect, the application will delete both files and exit. If the signature is correct, the application will untar the file and execute [login to view URL] . After [login to view URL] finishes its run, the application will delete all the files in the input directory. For detailed information - please review the zip file attached!
