good day edwardtilt, hope you are doing great.
i am a student of electrical engineering, i graduate this summer. my interest area include micro controllers, pcb design and power electronics related tasks. i m capable of getting the job done using arduino,8051,xmega and PIC controllers.
i can be of some service to you regarding the said project. i did one of the similar kind last year using PIC controller but the drive wasnt differential, it was kind of tank trail. i have worked on servo motors and also on obstacle avoidance using the same sensor as mentioned by you.
i have read the document, we can also discuss on delivery time and costs included as per your pleasing.
have you started interfacing 8051 board with your dc drives etc? based on experience i can relate to you that 8051 has issues regarding interfacing and driving accessories. but that is solvable using buffers where necessary.
how do you propose to scan left/right? cuz the sensor on the said car is only at its face and its angle is 15 degrees on either side if i remember correctly.
what kind of a flow chart you need? should it be algorithm based or should it depict the kind of hardware you want to include and make use of.
i can also update you on the project via video link when and where necessary. i can code the said algorithm for you using keil and defining the pins as you want them to be defined and used.
please provide me with your valuable feedback, i shall be looking forward to it.
thanks
