Looking for a program that will do the following: Scrap the ads (mainly want ads) on Craigslist for email addresses. The Scrap MUST be able to search for emails based on KEYWORDS. The scrap MUST NOT return duplicate emails from previous searches, For instance: I run the program on day 1, search for emails relating to keyword widgets. I run the program on day 2, it MUST NOT return the same results from day 1, simply new ads that have been posted since. The emails must be saved in a .txt file. or similar. I can buy a similar program for $49.99, so I was looking for one cheaper.

Based on your description, this should be relatively easy to accomplish. I'm assuming that when you say that e-mails should be found by keyword, you're talking about a craigslist query and the subsequent e-mails contained within the search results. If that's the case, it shouldn't be too difficult at all. Given the fact that you can purchase a similar product for $50, I think this is a fair price.

Hi kphudson, how is it going...:) Is this the only website? If yes it will be fairly easy. I think the best way is to use regular expression objects to do this job by defining search patterns which seem achievable without problems. , i`v done crawlers in the past, if im chosen this WILL be done Right, i always Finish projects im involved in. Changes are flexible till satisfaction, let me know how you wish updates, ok... I use on msn or yahoo for discussion if you wish to talk there... Cheers! Ivan Simic
