Database Software

We are seeking a designer to build a simple program, preferably using microsoft access. We are currently using microsoft excel for customer information, reports and status's. This is becoming extremely cluttered as we add new clients to the database and make changes. There is also the problem that only one person can access a spreadsheet at once on the network. This causes big problems. We require an access program that can import the data from the spreadsheets. Where all individuals can access the information and set customer status's and place notes on the customers account. Unfortunately we only have a small budget for it of $300.00 but its not rocket science and there isnt a lot to it. - Multi User Access - Customer status's - Customer note section - ability to assign an account to an agent - logging of agent activities.
