I need a business plan for Real Estate Classified Website that will provide an avenue for real estate agents and landlords to list their properties for advertisement. The core business will be getting listing from different estate agents in the country and Advertising the website to drive traffic to the website. The main source of revenue will be the service fees paid to list a property on the website by the real estate agents and landlords. We shall also feature Ads from stake holders from the real estate industry like Mortgage firms, Movers etc We shall invest in different marketing avenues to ensure that the website gets hits on a daily basis. For example: Social Media Ads, Print Media and Perhaps billboards in the country. I need a creative business plan that will guide me to start up and build the website from the ground up. And the main feature should be on how I will be pitch innovative ideas for real estate agents to list their property on the website.
