Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I am a photographer who knows what I need to do in regards to marketing but just either do not have the time to do it or have a hard time bringing action to my plans. I need someone to do my marketing for me...for the most part. I would like to reach more ad agencies. I specialize in Architecture & Interiors, Landscapes & Travel/Adventure photography.

I need someone to produce and send physical mailers, email blast, produce graphics for either/both, etc. I am looking to do this anywhere from once a month to once a quarter, depending on what it is.

Some pluses, but not necessarily musts, would be: follow up with prospective clients after sending mailers (maybe a cold call here and there), graphic design skills, setting up an actionable plan that does not require a lot of work on my end.

Also, I need to effectively edit down the images on my website that is about to launch (must have credentials in this department)...the edit is what's holding it up from being launched. I can find editors elsewhere, though, so that's not a deal breaker...I am mainly looking for marketing help here...but if you are qualified to do both, that's super!

I am capable of doing much of this myself (I have a marketing degree), including graphic work, I simply do not do it as often as I should, for various reasons...many unjustifiable, but I guess that's why I am an artists and not a marketing director. Maybe I just need someone to answer to with deadlines and what not...? I know people to, as one of them puts it, do some compassionate butt kicking, but I feel like I need more than that. I need someone to produce (or collaborate in producing) mailers. ...Of course I have photos and ideas for copy...I need you to put it together in a professional way and also to bring some of your own marketing ideas to the table.

Ignore the budget listed in the budget section. My budget is negotiable and depends on the level and amount of work you will do....and what kind of contacts you have. Thought about going with Agency Access but I'm not sure they play as much of an active role as I am looking for...but if you have an account with them or access to their mailing list (or similar lists/contacts), that would be ideal.
