Banner admin software

I this project i need: • manage the banner in two monitors with a local user friendly interface • any banner can be images (jpg, png, gif) or movie (avi, mpg, flv, wmv, mov) • my customer want to choose differents his customers • my customer want to choose the minutes for any days (minutes for the days can be differents) • my customer want choose seconds for any banner and how many times this banner must be showed and how many days this banner will be showed • after the times for any banner is ended will appear a signal in the cms and automatically this is changed with a default choosed banner • insert a password (i will know) to cript some of your work because i will install that in the customer's pc • the system can be installed in a local and in a remote pc for different customers i will manage
