Create Site from Template 2

I have a template for a website, and need a site developed based on my instructions, which follow: You can see the template at [login to view URL] I need someone who can use this template to create a final website and load it onto my hosting service. I will provide the content, including pictures (which will need to be optimized). I will also describe what the logo should look like. FEATURES: I want a big logo/banner that goes across the whole top of each page. I need the colours on the site to be changed according to my specifications. One of the pages needs to be turned into a subdomain on my hosting service. This will be a subdomain for articles, and will have ten article page links on it (the design for these article pages will be identical to the subdomain main page).
