Hello i can create a c# program that can do this for you. But i would like a little more information so if you are available can you please give me a date and time when you will be online so we can speak about the program? Also at the moment i have bid $230 but they can be a little lower once we speak and i have all the information about what exactly i have to do, and if we start working together i will provide you with a skype that is always on so we can communicate trough the developing process.
