Create architectural AUTOCAD drawings for 1) PROJECT HONS Renovation project in Kartuizerlaan 36, 9000 GENT Belgium “to remove internal walls and lay out + build an extra living space in back of building” Check google street view for a pic of front of building. - Create legend - Show “backside building”, “frontside building” , “all floors” Ground floor (half basement), 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3th floor, under roof-floor, cut-view complete building. - All wordings in English and Dutch (We will translate to Dutch) - Show “old situation” and “new situation” - Groundplans: sewage system/fundaments/ scale 1/50 - Frontview scale 1/50 - Cut A - scale 1/50 - Sewage system drawings (septic + tubes) - Rainwater system (stockage and tubes) - Electrical drawings (indication locations) + AREI line drawings (Belgium standard) we provide sample of how it should be made. - Windows incl details - Insolation - Ventilation system drawings (We provide the drawings to a specialized company, they will indicate how and where the ventilation system needs to be added, then include these in the building.) - Floor heating indications - Radiator indications - Calculation of m2 per room etc… We will provide a sample of how the drawings should be made, Translations of English into Dutch, and all sketches with exact sizes and we provide many pictures. The building has: - entrance hall 5 m2 incl small stairs - Hall to next level incl stairs - Half basement +- 40 m2 incl small stairs o two walls to be removed and metal stut to be placed (we provide the calculation and type of profile to be used) o Install sewage system drawings o Install shower + lavabo + toilet under stairs 1 o Install drawing small kitchen under stairs 2 o Backside wall to be removed o Add an extra living space on back side of building, 6 meter long, wide same as building - 1st floor living room +- 40 m2 + 15 m2 kitchen o One wall to be removed and metal stut to be placed (we provide the calculation and type of profile to be used) o Install sewage system drawings o Backside wall to be removed o Add an extra living space (kitchen) on back side of building, 3 meter long, wide same as building o Design lay out kitchen o Add a terras on back side of building, 3 meter long, wide same as building o Add a stair to go to garden (ground level) - 2nd floor bed room +- 20 m2 + bathroom +- 20 m2 o No changes - 3th floor 2 bed room o No changes - Under roof o No changes a) Interior drawings renderings After having these architectural drawings made, also photorealistic renderings of the complete interior and of all details need to be made. For this I expect to receive another offer. c) Procedure and timeline: Upon choosing the collaboration partner, (latest on 27 september) I can send all drawings and pictures etc… During the process I can answer to all questions via chat or SMS within 10 minutes. I can measure up details within max 4 hrs after request. I expect ready made drawings within +- 6 working days (04 October) so I can ask an approval from Belgian licensed architect and I can apply for the building permission at the Belgian Government. d) I have 5 more projects similar to this which need to be ready within a time frame of 2 weeks max
