CAD drawing of a design and calculation of loads and stresses. - Repost - open to bidding

1. I am looking to transform a rough paper technical drawing (made by hand) of a basic design into a 3D CAD drawing. A prototype of this structure has already been made. Photographs of structure including its parts are available and will be provided later. 2. I am looking for an engineer to calculate the loads on this structure and stresses which the structure can be subjected to. In particular I want to determine the maximum loads that this structure can be subjected too once it is attached to different substrates. 3. I am looking for a specification as to what type of anchors and fixings must be used to attach the structure to various substrates of a typical building envelope. 4. I would like to ensure that this structure and its designed method of attachment complies with the relevant Australian standards. The structure is a storage container installed under the ceiling. It is meant for internal and external application. Brochure is attached. Please also find a crude technical drawing with measurements for reference. The structure is made from galvanised steel (mig welded at joins) with some aluminum c-sections riveted in place, particle board held by the c-sections and removable acrylic panels with magnets attached to the steel. The steel and aluminum structure is powder coated into an appropriate colour.
