Assistance with Visio 2016

Hello, I need some troubleshooting for certain issues we are having in Visio 2016. I have been pulling organisational data from a HR system into excel and then using the Visio org chart wizard to generate the org chart for each of our business units. We are having issues with mainly formatting in Visio 2016 which include the below; - default formatting of org chart so it pulls in the same format (font, size, shape etc) each time potentially have it defaulted so the chart just updates with new changes/ deletions and leaves the rest if no changes have been made for each position - formatting issues - boxes made the same size in one go, best ways to fit large departments on 1 A3 page but still readable. - an Visio automatically change the colour of a shape (position box) depending on the content in it i.e if it says vacant position it will change it to red I was wondering if someone could potentially come in for however long it takes to troubleshoot the issues we are having, or even speak with someone over the phone to take us through the specifics?
