Background Music for Video Presentation II

I am doing a 3-4 minute video presentation for a company located in Asturias, Spain ([login to view URL]). I would like to incorporate sporadically some music background that has some small flares of local music/instruments from the places they are established (the traditional instrument in Asturias is bag pipes, drums, and tambourines)([login to view URL],_Cantabria_and_Asturias), but I will allow your own flexible creativity. Surprise me. I have a similar project to the one I had before, this one ([login to view URL]). same place same company but this time a building ([login to view URL]) instead of a parking garage. Probably 3-4 minutes in length and I need some dramatic, local music to it. Imagine a movie trailer and divided in basically four parts. Introduction/location of the place, description/fly thru of exterior of building, interior distribution and details of units, and the credits part (just like a cinema movie). By Monday 4th of July I should have the video ready so I can include it in my presentation two days later. I need to hear at least a preliminary melody before then. Remember: Instrumental only not looping music adapted/orchestrated to the clip and that fades with the movie at the end. My budget is USD$25, and I keep the rights to use the music in the future as I deem necessary. I will pay some extra money at my own discretion if really satisfied with the results.
