I need technical services to optimize an Asterisk to listen on a particular message (for 3 seconds), hold the connection and send a SIP 503 the origin specifies if this message is heard. Everything runs on SIP and G.729.

I have a lot of experience with AMD on Asterisk, and can tell you it's more of an art than it is science. With that said, it's impossible to guarantee 100% accurate detection, but I know some tricks to get fairly good results. I would like to know, do you have a sample of what the particular message is? Also, are you implementing this on FreePBX, or any other Asterisk distro? Sending the SIP 503 is no problem. I could start on this right away. I'm a senior software engineer for a large VoIP provider here in the states. I have many years' experience with Asterisk.
