need someone to help me build a chatline/partyline, i need at least 10 public chat rooms, and a message board, were callers may leave or respond to messages left by other callers, and a virtual chat area were callers may leave live messages to each other, and go private with each other, or 1 on 1, and the private chat rooms were a group of callers may meet in and talk in the live chat rooms, i need the project to handle at least 30 concurrent callers,
