Airbrush Painting

I am interested in a skilled airbrush artist to provide coating services for a consumer product I am developing. I would provide the coatings because they must meet certain regulatory requirements. The services would fall into two categories. First, there would be several dozen pieces that would receive a standard coating. Then, there would be a need for occasional custom airbrush services. These, I understand, would need to be quoted based on complexity at the time of the order. I have found freelancers on this site who have become ongoing collaborators. My CAD designer and engineer found from freelancer.com can attest that I am interested in a mutual beneficial long-term relationship with a colleague who has skills that I lack. I am posting a budget because I have to; however, I am interested to know what the artist's hourly rate is and we would need to discuss a plan for fair compensation that nonetheless makes the final product commercially viable. This is something to be worked out. Again, mutual fairness is of primary importance to me.
