ACADEMIC REFERENCE ASSISTANT REQUIRED (To find citations and references - focus is banking and financial crime topics)

Thanks for viewing my project I am seeking a few experts in finding academic references for me. I would take you on as an assistants to work alongside our existing authors, who work for my newly set up publishing company. The authors currently work both in writing books as well as articles. You need to have a great joy for reading academic papers to hunt out references, and you must have great skills in summarising the subject matter of an academic paper into a few lines. Ideally i seek someone who already has been studying the topics of banking , financial crime, money laundering, banking regulation- as it would make this task very easy. The project is a simple case of me forwarding you a list of topics to research and you would simply reply with references and a summary of what the written content covered. An example in understanding this task is to imagine me sending you an email with the task below: Example Task 1. Find me references to support the argument that Banking access is increasing in China. You would research this topic and then reply saying. --------------------- In the academic paper authored by John Jones he stated "...................." and ".................." supporting the argument that banking is increasing in China and then you would give a summary of the academic paper in a few lines and insert the full reference. --------------------- That is all that I would require from you. I have a great deal of work to offer the right candidates. Each project itself has alot of referencing to do and so lets you know that the work is ongoing. I am looking to take on a few persons who would work in their own time efficiently. This is ideally suited to PhD students as it helps them develop their research skills. It would also be a very easy task for any academic or research Professor due to the ease with which you would be able to complete this task. Before taking you on you MUST be able to do a few samples to give me an assurance that you would be the right candidate to take on. Doing a sample should not take more than an hour.
