A simple Photo Manager

I need a program which is almost similar to the webshots [login to view URL] would be having a place to display advertisements gif files in the top which is downloaded by itself periodically All options of the webshots are [login to view URL] an exact clone. I will be helping with the screensaver part and the self executing which will configure the new photos downloaded from the site(though will not write the code myself as I am pressed for time..) I am doing the support site myself later in ASP, when the work on this is done. some times I may ask the bidder to do the work as a new project...project enhancement (lesser commission I presume), at present I will give the temp site details to the winning bidder. There must be an option to download the photos from the IE/Netscape (Opera if possible, IE/Netscape is a must). that is in the right click popup menu there must be an option for Download with PhotoManager and must have a small IE toolbar which shows tickertape advt. and a key to highlight the .jpg, gif, etc photo links /photos etc. There should be a place in the program to display the log of downloading the pictures having name, site address, percentcomplete and time to/remaining to complete. The works is to be finished in a month after finalizing the bid.. (I really have one and a half month only, so sooner the work is started and finished the better). Only serious coders reply and that too with a bid amount. I don't care of your past work or Resume as long as you are sure to do this work in time or else be sure that I will cancel the work and give a bad rating. The code should be well written with the naming conventions (hope you know that thing too) and documentation so that I can maintain it myself. (Later, not now, I would like to add registration part which can be easily cracked! to make it popular in the event I am offering it for download!!.
