Change of exisiting Wordpress Template

I would like slight modifications for the wordpress theme Masinop I am using at [login to view URL] as follows: 1. Instead of the Masinop Logo, simply one saying Twilight Shop - with the Zephyr font available from here [login to view URL] 2. The middle bit body to be expanded so it fits all e.g on this page my contents overlap: [login to view URL] 3. my own rss, twitter and email details to be added to the top bit (unsure how to do this) 4. The 200x200 banner ad on the left to include one I have 5. Changing the footer to my own e.g copyright and privacy policy etc Thanks 6. Possibly my own small banner added to the top of the main template ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
