Chrome Plugin like Boomerang for Gmail only with More Features

I'm looking to create a Chrome Plugin exactly like Boomerang for Gmail, only with More Features. ([login to view URL]) For example, I want to be able to upload, and schedule tons of emails, messages etc in bulk through my gmail. I want to create autoresponders that react to trigger responses from the receivers. Be prepared to show me other Chrome Plugins you've created and what your approach would be to create it exactly. Must be 100% reliable, and I expect daily updates. This is a work-for-hire project and the freelancer must understand that I own all the rights and that I will only release the money once the job is done, not upfront.
