I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skill required is Animation. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $30 - 50 SGD. Price can be discussed. Im look for a simple character animation that is able to show quite a few different facial expressions which can be displayed on mobile apps or web pages.
