Develop iPhone/iPad/Android Meme Generator App

Requirements for iphone / ipad / android app I have to repost this with more details. I had too many bids and too many questions last time. I'm looking for someone to build a simple iPhone /iPad app with an identical Android app that is similar to a meme generator with the following requirements: 1. App that allows users to scrolls through a variety of stock photos that I will provide or allow users to upload their own photo. 2. Allows users to type in text in three different fields that can be moved around the screen and sized in a few font sizes 3. Allows users to save pictures with added text to photos 5. Includes pop-up instructions telling users how to set that picture as a lock screen. 6. Includes clickable ads I am looking for this to be a paid app but I am open to discussion how to enhance it with in-app purchases. I need this to be posted to the app store. I will use Freelancer escrow and pay 25% when I have the initial workable model, 25% when I have a final working model and 50% when it is live on the app store. Please provide a sample of similar apps you’ve already developed. I want to develop an ongoing relationship with a developer. I already have others apps I want built.
