Design Improvement for existing android application and adding some features

I have an android application, This application accesses a web service coded in php. Full Project Scenario: - We have a big Organization, this big Organization is ment to monitor the performance of smaller foundations. - In order to do that, the management of this Organization Created Teams to monitor these foundations - Using some web interface (which is not the concern of this project), The management is able to Create Some List Of Expected "VIOLATIONS" And "PENALTIES" That should be applied to these small foundations as a result of thier violations. - Using the same web app, the management is able to add new foundations to the system, defining their "GEO location" in google maps (This is also could be done using the android app, and needs some enhancement) - Using The Web App Again, The managemen is able to Create a task (lets say monitoring a list foundations) And Assign this task to a specific team - Using The Android App, The user in one team is able to see what he has to do - Once The User saw his assigned task, he should start navigating from his existing place to the foundation place (this place is already saved in foundation information) and starts to take some notes and photos and relate them to this task - The User Of The android also should be able to get the best path throw his existing tasks (Lets say he has 4 places to visit this day, the application thould help him to choose the sortest path across these three places) - The Managment should be able to know every team member's place in any certain time, so the application should send to some webservice his location periodically - Some Times The Management needs to add or remove places from users task, so this should affect the pre-sugested path to build a new one according to new changes - The user himself should be able to add or remove places from the suggested path Required work - Alot of work from the above description has been already done, and its code exists - we need the following - Enhance Existing Android Application UI (New Project) - Make the application send its current location periodically to a web server, and create the php code that will save the sent data - Collect Expected Visits from the server, And Suggest the best path on google maps (Or the default navigation application on the user's device) considering the user's current location - Allow the user to add a task for himself (Code for that alread there but needs revision) - Allow the user to add / remove places in the suggested path - User Permissions included the APK For Existing Work, Please check before placing you bid
