Create an Android/iOS or Mobile WebApp (Clone of Instagram App) with few more features

ONLY LOOKING FOR DEVELOPER IN GURGAON/DELHI (INDIA). PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. OTHERS MAY NOT APPLY. We want to build a social network only for mobile platforms very similar to Instagram app. Details will only be told after preliminary shortlisting of candidates. I will prefer people who already have a readymade product and can customize it fast. The social networking app needs 1. Facebook login (2-3 user categories registration upon login) 2. News feed 3. Friends list (Add/Invite friends) 4. Notification list 5. Images/Video uploads in posts (Image editing/cropping. Video cropping) 6. Quora type post questions and get answers (up voting in each answer) 7. Search (Groups, Questions, People) 8. Chatting with a friend / Group chatting integrated using Facebook messenger. No need to build chat functionality. 9. Company built information groups, where people join and we post regular information about a subject. This is only the basic version of our app. Once we launch and grow, we have plans to add further. For now, I need an estimate of how much you will charge and your credentials to do this fast. If you have done similar work, it will be much easier.
