Complete Android Application

I have an Android application which I have already started. The intent of this application is to do the same as Flight Mode but to individually control each of the 4 radios WIFI, BT, NFC, and CELL. The application currently consists of 4 toggle buttons. Each TB controls a different radio. When each of the respective TB are off, then that radio must be off. When the app or the phone is rebooted, the radio must remain in the same state as designated in the app. That means that if the user disables the WIFI in the app, and then the app is restarted or the phone rebooted, the WIFI must still be disabled. I currently have the structure and all necessary, but need the button methods. Can't quite solve this one. Far as I know, you have two options: 1. You may alter the radio list in the Flight mode using this app 2. You may commit this as a System Application which must run on a "rooted" device. The device that this runs on is already rooted. Finally, a login password type situation must be available to prevent a user from entering the app and changing any settings. Your code must be heavily commented to reveal all of your changes and intent please.
