Build a freedive Android App

Hello,

I'm searching for someone that can me for me (for a other hobby of me) a android app based a little bit on a existing app's like this:

I have made some info files for some detail info because i want a way to import/export training tables to the app.

Flow Chart -> This is a easy chart how i want to import/export the table (note i have wrote a XML file but when a CSV is also possible then i like that one)

Type Tables -> this is a overview of the kind of tables i use.

Desktop -> this is a overview of the screen's i have in mind but when there is a better way to show the info let me know it.

Because this is a app i want to use for my other hobby i have not really a big budget so i hope some one can build it for me.

And last but not least, because i want to learn something about making a app i want to try to help to build this app.
