Android app APK generation

Hello, i bought webscript + corresponding native android app. For the native app, there were delivered 2 folders (with apps source code and app libraries) and need now generate APK file, with Eclipse, JDK and Android SDK now needs generate APK file. The description is clear but for me still little tricky, so want let it done by soemeone who has experience doing this. It will be very simple job for soeone who knows what to do. Final delivery: APK file (without deployment to google market). This is for first testingd.
