Android - Design the layout of a screen

The blur effect must be ONFLY, not a separated image! c) The buttons must NOT be images. The background and foreground colors can be changed in the [login to view URL] file d) No need action for these two buttons, but they must be clickable buttons.. e) The design must be nice in tablets, smartphones, in portrait or landscape f) IT'S NOT A WEB, TITANIUM OR ANY HTML5!
