Android App that monitors Heart rate and RGB LED over Bluetooth and Arduino.

I need an App for measuring hearth rate and to log the heart rate on Android App. -It needs to read the HR sensor and depending on the current training zone turn the appropriate RGB led on the Arduino device over Bluetooth. -It also has to have setting menu where you can enter your REST Heart rate and MAX Heart rate and calculate training zones depending on that. After that send the settings values to Arduino so it can work independently without the phone. -In the Android App settings menu the user should also be able to choose default RGB LED color that will light when the user is not using HR sensor, and this setting then needs to be written to microcontroller. For more details I can draw a sketch how this should look.
