Build and HTML5 app

This project has 3 parts: 1. Create an app 2. Setup a local environment for me to manage this app and make minor edits and recreate the app. This would involve installing the necessary software’s and environment to build the final files. 3. Basic training to create the apk files etc. I am looking at a simple app with the following specs: 1. Create a cross-platform app using HTML5 and phone gap (or any other suited tool) 2. The app must work perfectly across different screen sizes in Portrait as well as Landscape mode 3. There must be web interface to view/upload/edit the contents 4. Elegant UI/UX based on a few sample apps which are appealing. We can look at a few options and take inspiration from them instead of creating the design from scratch. 5. Menu options: a. Home – Here we will have tiled links to all the sub links along with a provision to add my logo on top and a footer message. I would like to have my logo in a smaller size in the footer as well. b. Projects – Here we will have two tiles – Upcoming projects and Completed projects. Under each, there will be properties listed. i. The properties will be listed with a vertical photograph and a title. ii. We will also specify the location and the specification 2/3bhk c. When you click on an individual project you will directly open into a page with an image of the project along with Title, Location, specification (2/3bhk etc), headline and description. Below there will be tiles with the following headings: i. Gallery ii. Location – This will have 4 fields: Map jpg, Googel map, Location description and Address. iii. Layout – This will have a few images, which must be looped into a slideshow. This will also have a description. iv. Floor plan – This will have a few images which must be looped into a slideshow. This will also have a description. v. Amenities – This will have a few images, which must be looped into a slideshow. This will also have a description. d. Testimonials e. Contact (This must have a map and a contact form which must send an email to my id and an acknowledgement to the senders email id) f. Capture form 6. This is pretty much most of the app. In addition to this there might be a few more links. We'd like to see these links as tiles on the pages. 7. This app will not be on the app store initially. We plan on directly installing the files on android, iphones, BB’s and windows phones directly to test it out. 8. However, we plan on doing a trial upload into the store just to make sure we have covered all ends and have all the files required to make a full fledged upload into the store. 9. Please bid only if you have already worked on HTML5 apps and are fully equipped to take this up. PS: If you are based out of mumbai/pune I can come down and get the stuff loaded on my mac machine
