Hi Thanks. Waze is great app and web platform is the most important factor in this field. Waze has its own private API. So to do your job, at first, web platform should be designed. As you can see, there is no api to calculate all route correctly or completely.... In those days, I tried to develop an app similar as Waze and used "Mapquest" API, but it provides only USA region. So I could not go ahead... But I can say I can do it if there is investor.. All the best.
