I have looked at the two links you have provided, and they are both similar to an unpublished game prototype I developed in the past.
The final product I would give to you would be based on the source code from that prototype, but contain unique art. Because the final product would be based on an already near-complete prototype, the turnaround time would be exceptionally fast.
You would retain full rights to the intellectual property I, the game developer, generate for this product. There is the possibility I will incorporate publicly available resources, like sound effects or music, produced by a third party into the final product. I will not have control over the rights of those resources. All rights I do have control over, however, I will give to you.
I will develop this project using the GameMaker Studio IDE, and upon completion deliver to you both the Android .apk file and GameMaker .gmx source.
Given the time constraints and budget for this project, I will not be able to implement advertisements or in-app purchases into the final game. All other aspects of the game will, however, be fleshed out and polished.
I will write a preliminary design document and provide concept art for the game to you. I will confirm these with you before beginning development.
Given time and budget constraints, the scope of this project will be limited, but it will be polished.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns or to see the prototype I have now.
