A research project in computer science - repost

This is a research-oriented project in computer science. The project has a duration of approximately 30 months. Therefore, bidder must promise that he/she will not leave the project in any middle stage. The project will start with development of a research proposal generated by the freelancer. Therefore, the area of research is not yet restricted to any area. However, The research may be among artificial intelligence, data mining, soft computing techniques, decision support systems, etc. or on another agreed area. The project will start on 10/2013 and ends with 12/2016. The total budget of project is $8000. The bidder has to be aware that there will be no additional payment during the project.
