Hello Sir, I am very well experienced and I have been using all kind of QBO and QB Desktop US, Canadian, Australian for 3yrs under a team on ELANCE. I am very confident that I can complete this project with no other problems. Entering transaction on QB wouldn't be a problem using my experience for 3yrs and a search engine for some transaction that is undetermined. As you said you have been updating it before so it will be an easy historical coding for the transaction are in relevant categories so nothing much to worry but in-case there are transaction that needs to be determine I’ll put it in one account to export then send for clarification. Accounting is my years of expertise. If you have payroll for employees I am very well experienced using advantage payroll, Sure Payroll, Payroll Express, and Paychex.
