Hi, I am an American living abroad for the last 15 years. I have just learned that I am required to pay taxes on my salary in the US and in my country of residence. I would like to catch up and sort out the situation. I have never earned more than 90,000 USD and I have resided outside the USA for more than 335 days each year (I've spent 3 weeks at most in the each year). I just bought an apartment abroad and sold some of my stocks to do this. I have no tax records as I have moved from country to country regularly. I would like to know if you can help me catch up on my taxes and what this will cost.
