1) Take a P&L from a bank and show how expenses (Direct/Indirect) can allocated using different methodologies
2) include IT allocations as shared service
3) how unit cost (from activity based management) and volumes are basis for expenses and why
4) describe examples as Source, operator, driver and target. Better to use dimensions and fact to describes these examples. I can provide example here so that you can frame your examples. use cost object, product, org, gl account hierarchies
5) All expense categories need to explained and shown as to how they are allocated
6) How to deal with residuals, get actual from GL
