DBGUY ONLY PROJECT - DB Upgrade to Project

1.- We need to be able to get a file with all the participants fields (We will use this to print Express Diplomas and after the event to send a greeting card for their assistance, I need it to be separated as Students, Enf or Tec, Specialist , General MD, Scholars because each one have a different diploma design). 2.- We also need to know who really attend and who only suscribe but didn't show on the event, otherwise we wont be able to know how many people really assist. 3.- I don't know how to use the stolen and valid codes info, I still don't have that on the management system (how do import it or activate it, Ill send you in older mails all the tree files codes, the first Codes, the stolen codes and the extra codes) 4.- After an import test we just couldt get the phone number imported neither from the scholars or from the specialist )we dindt make test from Nursery or students) 5.- In the specalist users, we couldnt know if they suscribe and paid on line or just suscribe to paid on site, after we ask their mail (Only from the managment, but not on the user screen) 6.- How do I import 2009 users to the database and how will I know if they assist to 2010 and if they were scholars or specialist or General MD???
