AIM To understand the dynamics of the nanoparticles travelling through a porous media and exploring network models on a large scale and find about its relative permeability characteristics. OBJECTIVES Identify the key geometries’ representatives of the internal structure of a coarse rock. Develop a CFD model (to understand the interactions at the pore scale) of a flow in specific geometries (pore geometries in specific), in-order to predict the adsorption of Nanoparticles. Evaluate the potential for adapting the network models to include adsorption of nanoparticles. Analyze the transport of nanoparticles in a particular porous media. Predict the different concentrations in each and every pore channels. Finally, if time permits, also check to see if there seems to be any relation between the Network models and Bitumen Extraction.
