Complete a nomination form to register land for state heritgage in NSW, Australia

Hi There, My project involves completing a form to nominate a parcel of land to be listed as state heritage listing. I would like the form to be completed in a professional and concise manner to ensure the best chance of the land entering state heritage. It may be a long shot but its worth a try. This parcel of land is located in Turramurra, Sydney, NSW. The land has been purchased by a development company (Sotheby’s International Realty [login to view URL]) who intends to build a large block of units. If this goes ahead it will destroy a lot of endangered blue gum trees, cause traffic congestion, reduce privacy etc. The owners of the land have already applied for DA (development application) to the Ku Ring Gai council to build these units.
