ASP.NET KendoUI licensing mechanism website

This is to create a KendoUI based website using C# and ASP.NET 1) This will take an existing database and generate keys for them and do on-line activation for the software. 2) You must do the on-line communication back to the server. This has to be done in C#. You will be asked to make a dummy application to demonstrate on-line activation. 3) You must keep a list of on-line activation results and on-line activation passwords and keys. This must be able to activate modules or disable modules. 4) The thing must be pro-active and able to disable accounts which are not fully paid or disable accounts based on server access or server-retreival. 5) The On-line activation software should be able to monitor itself and trigger an error or disable itself if the software or XML codes are tampered with. 6) Database should track issued keys and also revoke keys auto-renew keys and provide access logs on who used what keys based on GeoIP (IP address to geographical location). This is to be done using Visual C#.NET, KendoUI, ASP.NET, MSSQL website.
