Classified Website 2a

I am looking to build a classified website that will allow customers to sell and buy cars, sell real estate, post announcements. There will also be places for advertisements. I have a service called [login to view URL] (corporate edition. On the site there will be major categories. There will be minor categories under those major categories which I will be able to give you. I would like the ability to add new categories as they are needed. So when someone clicks one of the major categories it will take them to a page where they can select from the minor. So if some one clicks on employment it will take them to a page where they now can select full-time, part-time, general, retail, electronics, and etc. Also on the front page there needs to be a search . – This section will be like google where people can search our website for restaurants, business, and churches. On the right side of the page it will be for advertisements. On the left side will be a couple of links to different pages and there is a news box and an other areas box where I will need to be able to input content and links. There are 3 basic templates needed for this site. One the other templates there will be places on the center of the site where people can advertise on the center of the page and on the other one there will be now advertisements allowed. I will need the ability to charge for some postings and not for others. For the ones that cost I will need to be able to add features to the add that will cost more money such as bold text, featured add, and etc. I would like to have the adds show how many days left on the site so if there is 20 days left it will let people know that. I will need a full featured admin panel where i will have all facility of add, delete, modify, activate, deactivate everything you need to edit in the site. Product listing, products search, form handling, database handling, mailing list, shopping cart, payment gateway integration and web-based content management system. The ablity to track all the visitors coming to the site and will maintain a record of each hit and page views by every user I will need to the ability to upload pictures and some video files to the site. I would love for people to get driving directions to the churches, business, and other places once people click on it. Lastly this website will be like [login to view URL] where they will be different websites for different cities.
