Hi We want to setup in IIS like it can create virtual subdomains . suppose we type [login to view URL] in browser then it should open [login to view URL] . means it should point to a folder "subdomain" on server. we have read that this can be done by ISAPI filter, so if anyone knows about this then it would be max. 10 minutes work for them. We need it today.

There is a much easier way to being able to host multiple sites in 1 IIS, as long as they are regular HTTP websites and not Secured HTTPS. It's by using Host Header Values. I have plenty of clients that I set this up at and I even have it setup at home on my Server 2008 R2 Virtual Machine.
