Convert PSD to DotNetNuke Skin

We are looking for someone to convert a graphic design from psd to DotNetNuke skin in "pure" HTML and Cascading Style Sheets. The design consists of two page types, the main and the inside. The winning bidder needs to possess the following: -Good English and communication skills -Reliable -Good time management skills -Very familiar with DotNetNuke and HTML. -Friendly -Responsive -Available for contact on Yahoo or Windows Live Messenger at least for a couple of hours within GMT time period 06:00-20:00 The project needs to be complete within 2 days of receiving the graphic design(psd). The budget we have for this project is $300 or less. All payments will be made via escrow after our final approval. No advance payment/escrow is provided.
