API Driven Picture/Video/File Manager Web Service in ASP.NET + Browser Extension *NEW*

SCOPE: This project involves the final delivery of both formats. I need an ASP.NET website as well as a cross platform browser extension that supports Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9,10, and Firefox. You can use a platform like "cross rider" or "kango" to assist you in developing the cross browser capability. A very rough html prototype without any functionality is available here: [login to view URL] All of the code necessary to authorize the user via oauth 1.0 and 2.0 has already been written and is fully functional. The required API accounts are established and operational. The user interface is fully designed, mocked up, and assets will be cut. The work is in developing the innovative user interface and writing the API get and post calls, parsing and displaying the JSON and sending and retrieving from the MYSQL database. We are using a windows 2008 server that has the testing and production website as well as the MYSQL database. The bulk of the mockups have already been created and image assets will be available prior to start. A graphic designer will be at your disposal to create any images that are still needed. Nearly all of the different UI scenarios have been mocked up and are available in the attached detailed requirements document which is a full guide to creating the module. There are some challenging user interface elements so the developer needs to have very solid front end javascript/jquery skills.
