I have expertise in the development of the medical ERP System. I have expertise in the integrate application with the HL7,DICOM Server. I use open source medical system for the customization. Hi,I think i have the expertise in medical domain you are looking for to do the custom DICOM server.I have 3 years of experience in modality based s/w develpment. I have implemented DICOM messaging using the DICOM SOP Classes for exporting images, structured reports to PACS(i used JDICOM) from ultrasound modality. I have used the DICOM Query/Retrieve SOP classes also during this time. On the RIS side i have worked on implementations of MWL(Modality Worklist) and MPPS(Modality Procedre Step).I don't have solid knowledge on Health Level 7(HL7) messaging but knows the concepts of that.
