Antispyware + Antivirus OneCare Software

We need an Anti-Spyware Anti-Virus software written for us. The source code MUST be in C#, preferably in 2.0 version. Database is optional. GUI should be in winforms and should be easy to use. All Code must be delivered and well documented. We will own all rights to this software. The software should be able to support the following: 1. The software way of detection and removal must be generic so that new spyware/virus definitions can be added in order to support new spyware/virus. 2. Get updates from a website through a web service in an XML format. 3. Validate the license number in a similar way. 4. Software must detect and remove most spyware/viuses out there. THIS WILL BE TESTED!!! 5. It should not slow down the computers on which it is installed. 5. must be bugs free. Winner will have to supply a license number generating application as well. Winner will have to supply an installation file for application as well. Winner must be available for bug fixing after the software is delivered. Method of payment: 1) Winner will have third of the money deposited in his GAF escrow account when chosen. 2) After an installation file will be sent to us and the software will test to our approval we will deposit the rest of the money in the escrow account. 3) After delivery of the software source and signing of legal contracts assigning the rights to the software to us, we will release the money.
