I lead a small, distributed development team that builds and maintains several mobile apps. Our backlog keeps growing, and I need a reliable Project Manager who can step in this month, take charge of the Agile/Scrum process, and keep every feature, fix, and release on schedule. You’ll own the day-to-day flow: translating business goals into epics and sprints, hosting stand-ups, grooming the board, and clearing roadblocks so the developers can focus on code. Expect to coordinate designers and QA as well, report progress to me each week, and make sure every sprint goal is met before hand-off to the client.
