Busco el apoyo de un experto en plesk. Hace poco se configuró plesk pero la parte de envío de correos quedo a la mitad. Es decir, se intaló plesk y la api de sendgrid, se envían el correo de pruebas, pero desde plesk al usar el cliente roundcube y enviar los correos no está dejando.
