Note: when we do an order to the factory, all we know after they send short and the QNTY does not match our original order placed. So we want an easy to follow system, to enter the data, which is ORDER PLACED ORIGINALLY, and then, we enter ORDER RECEIVED ACTUALLY, and we get a report of the SHORTAGES AND AMOUNT DUE BACK.
